Pizza Hut

My order was scheduled to be ready for 9:02 pm. I arrived to pickup my order@9:45 pm. Once I verified my order it was not correct. There was Pizza sauce on my pizza when I asked for No sauce. Therefore, I had to wait another 15 minutes for my order to be corrected. I was compensated with a 2 litter Diet Pepsi- no other options. By the way, I don't drink Diet Pepsi. Originally, I wanted to participate in the online special for a large pizza and 50%off but the location didn't have any large therefore I had to suffer. Last, my order was still incorrect- I was just discussed at this point. This location needs to work on accuracy, and better customer service. I have no plans on returning to this particular location.

I love Pizza Hut however, it seems that every since they opened this new location the service and the quality of their pizza has been HORRIBLE. They can't seem to get an order correct to save thaeir lives and they under cook the crust EVERYTIME unless you ask for well done crust. I called and complained to the manager. She was nice and gave a $20 credit for my next visit. Ordered again a few days later using my store credit that was given and they STILL messed my pizza up. I just give up on this location and I will not be returning.

We ordered $35 (and this on the 1/2 off so would have been $70) at 7:30 pm. At 9:45 called to check status and was told our order was next to be delivered. It is now 10:45pm and they will not answer the phone. This exact thing happened to us just a month ago from this same place. I will be contacting corporate.

Ordered almost $40.00 worth of food for delivery, delivery guy calls twice to find house, my husband goes outside to watch for him, he blows right by my husband the first time and then comes back around after my husband came inside for a second, turns around at end of street and blows by again. Called him on phone, he said "I had to bring the food back to the store but I can bring it back in about 12 minutes" REALLY, REALLY! Oh, and it was paid by debit card. Have tried 4 times to call Pizza Hut only to be put on hold for 6-10 minutes each time. Will NEVER use Pizza Hut again. 😡

Bad experience I ordered their 50% off pizza deal and the manager randy called me back and said they dont have the large stuffed pizza crust i ordered he said instead they have the thin and crispy pizza crust available and that is not the pizza i ordered from them so i called the manager randy back on the phone for my money back and he told me on the phone if you want your money you need to come to the restaurant personally and come with your receipt I replied okay so I came to the restaurant and talked to randy about the situation and he went to the computer and he professionally canceled my order and he said he will put the cash back on my credit card and he said it will take 3-5 days to put my money back on my card that's my bad experience #badmanagement. And also instead i also ordered dominos on e bert kouns instead of them I highly recommend them they are faster and good quality food

Went on July 28, 2017 to take my family to eat. Walked in and no one greeted us, it was not busy at all and began to understand why. When we looked for a table to sit at, most of them were filthy. Found a clean table in rhe back, sat down and began to look over the menu while we waited for our server. We waited 20 mins ( no one was there but my family) and no one came to do anything.We saw three employees look over at us and I even waved my hand and asked for service. All of them never acknowledged that we were even there. I turned to my wife and apologized because she wanted to eat there and told her we were leaving. Very disappointed about every aspect of our visit to Pizza Hut. I wouldnt even give them a star if I could.
