Burger King

It's been +10 years since I've visited a Burger King. I thought I would give it another shot. I was ignored at the drive through microphone for 15 mins while the line honked their horns all the way from the street. So I pulled up to the window where the manager was waiting(I guess she assumed I was gonna scream at someone lol, ill just keep my money). She informed me I could not make an order from the window, so I left. Maybe I will try Burger King in another 10 years

Burger king can be a convenient option for those working at University Health. I once saw some employees getting a discount from here, but I'm not sure if it's certain staff or on certain days like Wednesday. A patient walked in with what I thought was a shake. Asked him what it was and he said it was the Frozen lemonade from Burger king. I hadn't seen these for years and was disappointed they had stopped selling them. Delighted that it returned, I tried quick a few times (maybe three attempts) to get a frozen lemonade. There was always an excuse; either the machine was down, or it was defrosting. FINALLY got my hands on one and it was delicious.

I was on a hospital trip on Thursday in Shreveport and we all know it was eight of us we all stop by Burger King in it and all was good I didn't get a chance to go in cuz I don't have any legs but the driver from counseling agencies did go in and in service and he said the service was great and I got a burger a double meat Whopper and a order of fries and man the episode but it was so big and good I couldn't eat it all but the double M chicken thank you

I jus couldn’t believe the customer courtesy & mannerism. The girl on the intercom was very inattentive very rude & jus could careless about the customer ordering the food the fact she was at work at not at home. I had to repeat myself 3 to 4 diff times bc she wasn’t listening or paying attention. She would interrupt me to say hey boo or was having a conversation w someone else other than me. Then her grammar was terrible. Instead of yes ma’am or no ma’am it was what u say we ain’t got that. After I ordered the brownie batter which was on the menu along w Hershey’s that wasn’t available either. Jus very unprofessional.
