Karoc Marathon Growler Station

DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR CARWASH. It is overpriced and the bays are not maintained. Feb. 28, 2022 - the high pressure rise did not work in the only bay open. It covered my car in soap and did not rise the car. The soap that was removed was done so by the dryer. When I notified the “cashiers”, I was treated as if I were lying about it and then laugh at for wanting to wash my car “at this temp”. The extremely rude cashier did call the owner and I was told that I could wait five minutes and he would run my car through it again. After waiting ten minutes, I left. This was not the first issue I had with their car wash. Once the bay was out of soap and another time only half the spray nozzles worked. I will no longer be using this business!!

I used to visit this place while traveling and love it. However I can do longer do so, the owner is rude and would rather call me a bully when you give constructive criticism. I am shocked to see in the reviews that I am not the only one that has "bullied" her. 🙄 9 times out of 10 their gas prices are more than the gas stations at exit 92. The prices of their craft beer, which they do have an amazing selection is more expensive than other craft beer stores (Troy and Dayton have some great ones). Not to mention a lot of the times the beer they sale don't have a price on them, so you have to ask, which can be annoying at times.

Came in for gas and a cup of coffee. The 2 employees were leaning behind the counter talking and there was no coffee made. I poured what was left in a cup, it was less than a half a cup. I didn't have time to wait for a fresh pot , so I told the young man behind the counter that there was only enough for half a cup. He rang me up for full price of a large cup. I asked him why he charged me full price and he said. " You still got a cup of coffee, there isn't a half cup button on the register". LOL. I wonder if he paid full price for half a brain. Terrible customer service.

Definitely the best gas station in sidney . I come here to get gas for my truck because it is not too far from my house and has a very reasonable price on everything from the gas to the snacks inside. The inside is super clean and the food is always warm and so is the coffee. They also have different coffee creamers that taste very good . The food is always fresh . The workers were super nice and always helpful. They also have a car wash here that is definitely ok and gets the job done
