Subway

The girls in here are always SO nice! I come over from the gulf islands where there’s no fast food and I’m always really excited to eat subway! They make the sandwiches perfect and the ingredients are never soggy or gross… the only subway I go to now!! Love them.. whoever manages the girls needs to tell them how awesome they are, 💕

This subway is by far the BEST subway I have ever gone to. Most times, you expect the usual fast food service, they don't wanna talk to you, they don't care about your food. Not here. The staff are so friendly and caring and make sure that you are getting g exactly what you ask for every single time. As much as I enjoy subway food, it's the connection to the staff that brings me back every time. The way they care for your food and welcome you in, it feels more like a restaurant than fast food.

I tried to rectify my elderly mother in laws mistake of accidently tipping. The worker tried to help and fix it, but her manager basically said that it was my mother in laws error and too bad. I realize it might have been a bit hard to fix because the receipt was thrown out, (but she did manage to find the transaction and printed the receipt out which showed the problem), maybe offer a coupon for the amount? Something to fix the situation? And not just say too bad, you made a mistake. Poor business practice in my opinion

I been doing to this subway for a long time and every year the steak, chicken or pulled pork or any other meat sandwich, you get less and less. Their servers only fill half scoop of meat most of the time. Like they were instructed to or something. Spending $10+ on a sub for a sliver of meat is too much for essentially a vegetarian sandwich. This is a picture of my pulled pork sandwich. Never looks like the picture on display in the store.

Went to this store on Feb 11/22 Got two veggie subs one cold cut and 4 drinks. Thought cost to be around 40.00. I am a senior on very limited budget. I feel bad that I don't have extra for tips but try to spend money at local businesses. At 72 I am definitely not tech savvy. Could not get "tap" to work asked for help. Was told to press 1 or 0 to get tap to work. Did as told it worked went home. At home realized tip of 7.00 went through. Tried to fix next day but again at 72 didn't think to keep receipt. We ate the subs and drinks. But felt overwhelmed trying to get tip money back. I try to do the best I can for our Sidney businesses but will definitely steer clear of Subway from now on. Wanted to give a new review. Not sure if this Subway under new management but last three visits the subs have been very good. Nice soft buns and lots of fresh.Much improved and our meals have been really enjoyed. Not as good as previous visits. Sub buns were very dry. Disappointing meal. On the plus side Parking is good here.
