Fratelli's Wood-fired Pizzeria

Covid has taken away much of our opportunities for entertainment, so this month our family purchased pizza every Friday from Siloam- area restaurants. This is based on the opinions of 2 households...3 adults and 6 children. Fratelli's failed this challenge miserably... for the first time in my life, I threw pizza- a favorite American staple- away. I tossed an entire pie actually. The pepperoni pizza was so greasy that it took two passes with paper towels to soak up in order to be edible. The sauce and toppings tasted generic or aged. The cheese was thick and stiff and bland. The cheese bread was drenched in garlic sauce. It gave me pizza- at -an -old, run- down- children's- play- place vibes. Many of us didn't feel so great after. I don't review often, but when I do, I feel it's my civic duty. I'm not saying the people aren't nice. I'm saying the ingredients are lacking.

1st and only experience (I live in OKC) Otherwise I would be a regular! I ordered the Nero Pizza. It is the HOTTEST (spicy hot) pizza you will likely ever eat! Wow!!! This pizza is legit. If you like it hot, you will love this spot! There are those who say they like it hot, Beware this pizza will expose the fakers! Five beautiful stars for a pizzeria that is brave enough to bring real heat to their eats!

I used to love coming here but the portions have gradually gotten smaller and the prices higher. But the tip of the iceberg was last Saturday. I had been feeling terrible all I wanted was a Stromboli. Willing to pay the price tell me why I promise to go I should have taken a pic I had 4 little pieces of meat and it was. Barely sliced . I have never been so disappointed in the place. Its more so because the quality was not there. It's like they just gave up. It hardly had anything in it, basically I paid almost 12 dollars for some wood fire bread....sighhhh. I hope its a fluke. But I'm skeptical and we have a large family so that's a lot of business they'll be losing.
