Great food and a friendly staff. You have to try the cauliflower crust, it has parmesan mixed in it. You will be pleasantly surprised if you've never had it. So delicious! Great pizza for any day that ends in a "y". 😉 It's also a great place for a fundraiser for your group. Thank you Sam!

This was my first time going to this type of a place. So I went all out! I designed a pizza that will be talked about throughout the ages. Ha ha just kidding. I assembled a pizza with all sorts of cheeses and meats and it really gave me an opportunity to experiment with flavors. I was so happy when the pizza came out and the staff was super kind and I had a fantastic meal with friends. Highly recommended.

Delicious and fresh pizza! I especially liked the thin crispy crust and the fact we could choose any toppings we wanted.

I had dinner at Pieology Siloam Springs, AR tonight for the first time. It was excellent! The thin crust pizza was perfectly cooked and the ingredients were all really fresh and plentiful.
The manager, Sam and staff were very friendly. I will definitely eat there again soon.
I highly recommend this restaurant!

If I could give an extra Star, I would! Pieology has it all and then some! The Atmosphere, sets your mood, laid back casual and warm and inviting. The Staff is Just Wonderful and so Nice. The Food is Scrumptiously Delicious. We had a Group of 5 Adults and 2 Children and the Staff checked on us regularly.
They had no problem with us sitting and visiting some afterwards either, which is a plus in it self. Kudos Pieology Bunch!!!

Love that I have a place to safely (food allergies) eat out. Nice, friendly staff as well.

VEGAN review: it's great!
Pros:
-Menu is well labeled and inclusive
-There is a large variety of vegan toppings
-Servers were well trained, happy to help us with our restrictions, and forthcoming with walking us through customizations
-Gluten free dough was much better than i've had in other places
Cons:
-They were out of all vegan meat options :(
-Sweet tea was weird.

Crust well done but toppings weren't cooked. So much topping in the middle & none near the edge causing center of pizza to be soggy.
