Shady Jack's Grill

Pork rinds are worth the cost of admission. Squeeze the lime. Live. LIVE! Wings are bangin'. The service is top notch and Shady Jack himself might just bring you your rinds. Decor is very gear head in the coolest possible way and they have a side shop with lots of swag. Family friendly area as well as awesome large garage door openings with generous outdoor seating. There's tons of generic places to eat and grab a beer around the mall but Shady Jack's is anything but.

The place has been almost completely empty the entire hour that I've been here, but it still took a half hour to get a burger and fries cooked. Come here if you want the vibe of a chain without actually being at a chain. The blue cheese burger is not good. The brioche bun is dry and crusty. The burger was frozen. The meat is slightly burnt and not seared. I see paper thin bacon in the mix, but there isn't any flavor when you eat it by itself. The blue cheese doesn't even have a rich flavor, and the tomato is too thin to have a taste. On the plus side, the larger wedge fries have nice flavor.

Great environment, however, they don't offer pitchers which really sucks! They offer a great variety of menu options, but they need to figure out a better way of delivering orders. Perhaps number the tables/stalls and take note when an order is placed. Yesterday during a private party they couldn't keep track of where orders belonged and by the time the food was delivered it was cold. But the girls did so a good job considering how many people were in attendance!

The motor sport theme doesn't overwhelm the uninitiated. Cold drinks at fair prices (seasonal themed drinks), good food, pool table/pinball. The place is tidy, bathrooms clean, and definitely doesn't have any of those dive bar smells/looks/or feel. Nice patio deck for soaking in some sun on those beautiful northeast days. The owners are super friendly good people too.

This place is really good. Great food, comfortable and very nice staff. On Thursdays, there is a special. 10 dollar burger meal and beverage. The burger was really good medium rare. The fries are thick cut. Margaritas are really good. I have been a repeat customer for about a month. There is a long island ice tea special on Fridays but I cannot remember the price. There is also a free pool table in the back.
