Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

When I walked into this establishment, I was pleasantly surprised by the servers most of all. The one who served me that, I can't remember his name unfortunately, was very kind. He may try to serve me and check on me just often enough, but he also wasn't being intrusive on my dining experience. That said the food itself was quite tasty. I enjoyed their orange cream soda, which was one of their bottomless options. This was fulfilled quite well. It was also very delicious, and I hope to taste it again one day.

Sat at the bar for my first date with my husband in three years. The bartender was great. The whole place was very clean and sanitary. Music on the jukebox was choice. Food and drinks were delicious! I have special dietary needs and was able to find both a meal and a cocktail to suit. I will absolutely be going back!

I haven't been to Red Robin in over two years, so I was nervous. But I have been wanting a bacon cheese burger so badly. The food did not disappoint. However, the service kinda sucked. Our waitress only checked on us once after we placed our initial order. We ordered three different appetizers and we were not given plates or napkins. When we did get out plates, two of the for had food residue on them from the last time they were used. My husband had to leave our table and go to get new plates, and napkins from the waitress stand in the corner near wear we were sitting as our waitress was no wear around. My husband and fun even order extra drinks from the bar when she did return as they were not sure when she would be back again. I am not trying to hate on the waitress. I know she was working hard, as she had the entire area we were seated in, and part of the other dining area, all by herself with only one support person to deliver the orders. I'm not sure if this is the new Red Robin way of service, but it might take me awhile to go back if it is, even though the food was delicious.
