Five Guys

We had a fabulous experience here; Extremely friendly and polite service, the football player of a manager treated us like the most valuable customers he'd seen all day. The food as always, was of amazing quality and delicious. Highly recommend this location for anyone who wants to be well treated and eat fantastic food.

Love the consistency. The Bacon Cheeseburger has 2 burgers, the Little Burger only has 1 Burger. Free Peanuts. I always ask for a side of Mayonnaise for the delicious 🍟 small order of Fries that we share. Ordered a Chocolate/Banana shake👌. The place is clean and the staff Greeted us as we stepped in. Usually have a Coke . Plenty of parking.

I just want to say that I bought a family a meal at five guys in Silverdale WA. They were not satisfied. I wrote a review and was reached out to by the GM the very next day. I was refunded the money paid AND dinner for my own family was on the house. We were more then satisfied with our first time eating there. Thank you Scott Snyder! We will be back! TC Ortiz

This Five Guys was alright. Typically when you order fries they throw a handful of fries that overflows the cup they put the fries in but at this particular restaurant they didn't do that for some reason, not that they have to. It's just what I'm used to seeing at Five Guys. Overall the food was tasty. People were nice. Another small complaint was that their ketchup dispenser was empty so I waited a while for the guy to fill it up but it never was full by the time we left. Luckily I kept getting little squirts of ketchup so there was enough, it just took 5 mins to get it out.

Ordered 2 Veggie Sandwiches and Large Fry via UberEats, ate the food, went to bed. Next morning I wake up sweating, vomiting, diarrhea, and headache. Originally thought it was nothing, until after examining my wife's leftovers and found BACON in it. Confirmed that we did NOT add it to the order via UberEats. I'm sure anyone welse would be okay with this but we are dedicated vegetarians and this has done an enormous physical toll on me. My wife called to ask why there was bacon put in them and was treated with the utmost DISRESPECT. The employee she spoke to would not only not give his name but also put her on speaker and laughed at her complaints with other coworkers. This business is a joke, I am appalled by the treatment we have received and will definitely be contacting corporate support. DO NOT EAT HERE.
