I ordered the Crispy Fried Chicken with Mashed Potato and Baked Potato. They were all delicious and inexpensive and the service was good. However, the chicken was pink and undercooked, and when I brought it up to the server, she said it was pink due to marination. She offered to recook and serve me a brand new plate but I declined as I had already eaten most of it. Great service.

The food was cooked to my liking and lived up to my expectations. Bumped into this restaurant when we went to Changi Airport. The location is a little bit hard to find as it is in the corner. Once you get on the escalator - on the left side is the foodcourt and on the right side is where the gourmet restaurants are. The process of ordering is just okay - you tick the boxes on the paper you have on the table then go to the counter, order and pay for it. I gave three stars because the service was nowhere to be found. From seating us in, we were not informed on how does the order process goes and no one explained why can we not eat inside the restaurant and was sent to the balcony area. When the food was served, the server did not even say any word, no eye contact, he just placed the food on the table and stormed off. No one did check backs as to how we find the food - if it is bad or good . From the balcony, I can see straight ahead - the staffs were just standing and laughing and not really working. The food was definitely good but I reckon that the service did not live up to my expectation. I reckon the McDonalds crew will actually put more effort in customer service than these guys here at Astons (except the guy whom I think was the supervisor or manager - at least he smiled and greeted us when we left ) .

Service: Food served to wrong table as a result of their internal miscomm, which resulted in starters arriving concurrently with mains, which was quite awhile. Also given seats near the kitchen exit. Felt really uncomfortable and rly brought down the dining atmosphere for us so we requested a change. Food wise: the standard mains that we had were quite up to Astons standards, but that spaghetti... where do i even begin. Looks like something out of an army cookhouse. But even the cookhouse aunties wont splatter the sauce in such an unappetizing manner. How do they even bring themselves to serve this? Other Astons outlets I dined at previously were fine, probably just this one that's below standard.

Over priced, poor service, only Okay quality food. I ordered the burger, when I asked for medium rare was told it only can come medium well. I guess that's because it's a frozen patty which makes the price tag of $15 for a burger without a side of fries a bit steep. When the burger came it was shrunken and looked tiny on the large bread bun. Very disappointing. Taste was mediocre, only came with cheese and stewed onions. No relish no salad.
