Fat Cow

Not blown away. It's got nothing to do with the price point. We had the A5 wagyu rice bowls, I expected the meat to be highly marbled - so I was prepared for it to feel a little fatty - but that's the only thing I got. The intensity of flavor (wagyu) was lacking for me, but the condiments in the rice were well balanced along with the side dishes (and dessert). Maybe I had too high an expectation - having to make the reservation a month in advance.

Had an omakase meal and the overall experience was fantastic. The ambience of Fat Cow and the interior setup were great. Upon entering, you were warmly welcomed and ushered to your seats by the waiter/waitress. They were great at introducing and having small chats to make you comfortable. Chefs were great and clear with their presentation of each dishes. Little do I need to say, every dish served were fantastic (dish with beef definitely a mind-blown). We were fully stuffed. Aside from its inaccessible location, the food and service overpowered the fact that you definitely have to give it a try.

Well-deserving of all their accolades! The service was attentive and considerate. We had their lunch set meal that was so good value for money. It seems that every dish others ordered also looked so good. They even surprised us with a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. Will definitely be back for more!

Came here to celebrate the wife birthday, we had Omakase for the celebration dinner. There are many courses, i find the food taste is so so only, perhaps it is my own expectation, i was hoping for more omph to the food. At S$900 for both of us, it fall short on my expectation, but it is my own opinion.

My last good meal of the year 2021. This time I have chosen Fat Cow for lunch. As this was a last minute arrangement, we couldn’t get a slot for the Omakase lunch. Sushi were alright. To be frank, not a place you will go for if u are looking for sushi. But their beef carpaccio is a not to miss dish to order. One of the best food I have eaten in 2021. So folks if u are there, do order this dish. The rest of the dishes were okay. We had the 21 days aged beef don at SGD148. It was not bad. However, I tot the waygu sandwich was slightly over price for the taste - SGD88 I read from the review that their signature dessert is yuzu cheese cake, so I went ahead to order. Similarly, like the sandwich, way too pricey as well - SGD24. Service level was great, staff were attentive and helpful. It’s worth a try if you are looking for into premium beef ingredients. Wonderful culinary experience. Serving staff was very helpful with explanations. Food was excellent with very fresh ingredients. Would have given the full five stars if the reception staff was more polite seeing that it was our first visit and were not familiar with providing the "keywords" to register our reservation leading me to sense her impatience when I did not provide her with "Just my name will do".

To celebrate a special occasion we arranged for a Omakase meal and Fat Cow did not disappoint. Starting with the booking the restaurant called in advance to check the dining meal preference (seafood of wagyu based) and any allergies well before the meal itself. The service upon arrival was great, staff welcomed us and promptly guided us to our seats. The waitress assigned was well knowledge in food and wine pairings, we opted for the Wagyu Omakase with wine pairings. The chefs ensured the guest were well taken care of through the meals, great care was taken in preparation of every dish, every small detail was taken into account and the chef on serving would explain the varying makeups of every dish. I thoroughly enjoyed every dish and the wine pairings were superb, the waitress made it a point to bring the bottle for the guest to view the label. Overall it was a fantastic night, thanks goes out to the staff at Fat Cow for their hard work and dedication
