The Dim Sum Place

We discovered this restaurant on reviews and it delivers on every level. We love Dim Sum and this simple, clean and friendly restaurant has incredible food in every dish we had. If you are local, you are lucky to have such a place, if you are a tourist like us, seek this place out. Book online as it is deservedly busy.

Late to the party! With an unassuming shop design one wouldn't have expected much, but we were blown away by the consistently good dishes - all while halal! Their asparagus was well prepared without tough areas. Fried duck bun was really tasty and well-balanced in texture. Garlic fried rice was a little expensive but they were generous with the truffle oil. Cheese tart was a delight with its extremely soft creamy cheese. Prices were slightly on the high side, but the food quality and the really fast serving speed made it worthwhile as a quick bite with friends.

Our first time went there on 23 Jan 2022 for lunch, Prebook the seat n timing via chope. the egg tart super soft! so good!!!! the salted egg bun was so nice too. vietnam coffee was the best! everything was so good. even the dim sum so good too. the chicken porridge was nice, my son loves it. my only complain was the duck noodles was quite dry n so plain, can be improved. overall enjoy our time there n will come back. the staffs are also very attentive!

We have nothing but good reviews for this place 🤗🥰 We must agree with the reviews that this is one of the best Halal dim sum around. 👍👍👍 if not know, no one seated at the table would realise that it's halal. It's that good! 😋😋😋 Here is what we love - 1. Roasted Duck Char Siew Chee Cheong Fan - will come back for more of this! So very very good!,⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2. Siew mai - fresh succulent tasty chicken and prawn combo. So delish we ordered 3 baskets 😆 3. Spinach Dumpling (Beef) - something special not found on any other menu. Its flavour and taste surpasses its questionable look 😄 4. Steamed Beancurb Skin - we love bean curb skin in all forms. This one's a winner 🏆 5. Har Gow - fresh plump juicy steamed prawn dumpling 🦐 6. Chicken feet with special sauce - nicely stewed, tender and flavourful 🐤 We also had the salted egg yolk bun, century egg porridge, fried dumplings. The ambience is a tad better than that of a typical no frills dimsum outlet - cushy seats 🥰 think no frills Chinese restaurant style. What made the whole dining experience a 5 star one 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 is the prompt efficient and polite service. As busy as they are, they were quick to note each time we raised our hands. We'll be back for sure 😍
