Botanico At The Garage

Booked a table for a Wednesday night dinner for a friend's birthday. It wasn't crowded so we had the flexibility to chose where we wanna sit. Chose the outdoor region. Botanico has a very nice ambience with magical touch. Cooling though it was a hot day (due to the cooling vent). There's a live band on the night we visited and the songs are mostly soothing hence its not really noisy. Ordered the set dinner with wine pairing. Quite value for money and we were rather full by the last course. The wines served are not so pleasing though. Staff are polite and attentive, yet not intruding. We like to be left alone. However find the tables quite near to one another. Would prefer more privacy. Some newer wait staff making mistakes here and there but that's really fine. Indicated that it's for a birthday celebration when asked during the booking confirmation. I didn't expect a complimentary cake. One of the wait staff discreetly lighted the candle on the cake and wished us a soft Happy Birthday. We like it discreet. It was a nice gesture. Will give a 5 stars review for the effort for everything.

We got here cause of gift voucher. Was happy with the food in four course menu and highly vote for oyster, pastry as starter; wayu beef cheek as main and best dessert to end the meal. We like the location (inside the Botanic). Just be aware you better book in advance and select the location indoor or outdoor. We are not advised this when calling here for booking. We like outdoor where you can blend in the greenery view. It is 177$ for two persons for 4 set menu and some drinks. Enjoy your meal here

Hands down one of the best award winning food at Botanics Gardens, tucked on the 2nd floor of The Garage. Service by the team is top notch, attending to our requests down to the little details, the front of house guided us to our seats and helped cleared all extra set of utensils promptly, even helped to clear our finished food without asking. Manager took our orders and food was served with little to no delays. We enjoyed our food so much that we felt that the portion was a bit small, the manager surprised us with extra round of Kurobuta pork belly to our delight! We had : Truffle Cheese "Toasties" Crab Rissoni Kurobuta Pork belly Calamansi Soda Lemongrass Panna Cotta Thank you so much for the service tonight and will see you again soon~

Romantic restaurant serving scrumptious food inside the prettiest garden in Sg 💕 Good value with the Chope vouchers $$$ Food: 5/5 Way above our expectations! Our favourite was the Crab Risoni which was an amalgamation of umami flavours and amazing textures! Both the Beef Cheek and Sea-bass Laksa were cooked perfectly too although the flavours didn’t blow us away. Ambience: 5/5 Great atmosphere and playlist to impress your SO. I actually recommend the outdoor seats ✨ Service: 5/5 Friendly, polite and attentive staff 👍🏻💯

Service was top-notch - every staff were extremely polite and professional. They refilled our water constantly without having us to ask for it. We tried the four-course set brunch, which was reasonably priced at $60. Every dish was nicely plated and tasted pretty good. Having said that, none of the food and drinks left us a lasting impression that made us wanting to return. Ambience was a little lacking - it was too noisy for having conversations. Beer was too expensive at $17 a pint. Also, the barricade at the entrance was confusing.

came here for dinner and ordered the Chef’s 6-Course Tasting Menu. all the dishes and desserts were nicely presented. i liked all the food, except i thought the herbal chicken was a bit plain. i liked the “chicken rice” of the herbal chicken though. the ambience and the decorations were good. the service crews seemed inexperienced, but service was acceptable. one downside is that it is not rains-friendly as the pick up area or carpark is not sheltered.

Food was very good. Favourite dish was the King salmon aburi. It was great and the ingredients came together in a surprising way. 5/5 for the food. Lost points cause: 1) requested for indoor seating in my reservation but was allocated outdoor seating. Had to request for indoor seating. 2) service was good initially. Keeping up with the rate we finished our food. But we had to request for desserts to be served after 15 minutes of waiting and numerous wait staff passing us by. No water refill too. 3) initially put it as an anniversary celebration in my reservation notes but didn’t see anything special done (which makes me wonder why they asked in the first place). Might have attributed it to point 1 also. Overall would come back for the food, and if service improves.
