Supply And Demand

Enjoyed our dinner at supply and demand by esplanade. The main selling point is the view so we requested for seats on the rooftop bar area. The view didn’t disappoint On the day there were musical event near the performing stage below as well so it was quite lively The food is nice and well priced. Went for the urchin risotto and the vegetarian meal ball Also tried the yuzu beer which was quite interesting Overall it’s a good place to chill out esp over the weekend with friends

Went there for a pre Xmas Dinner with two girl friends on a Saturday night ard 7.30pm. We started off with their mocktails which were really nice. We then ordered a mixed bruschetta and the fried chicken drumlets as starters, they were really good as well. CD served piping hot and crunchy. Bruschetta mix was nice too. However, the mains was a bit of a disappointment. The waiter recommended their specialty crab & scallops tagliatelle and a truffle & mushrooms sourdough pizza and we took the advice. Sadly, the tagliatelle came cold which was a disappointment and it was a bit too hard for my liking. The flavour was also just so-so to count as a favourite, and not as flavoursome. The sourdough pizza was not cheesy enough and the truffle flavour was not distinct. Desserts (lava cake, tiramisu and coconut profiterole) were a good portion size. They were just okay but was not there yet as a good ending. They all lack that little extra touch. Lava was not chocolaty enough, tiramisu lacks the coffee and more like a cream. The profiterole was far too large, it would have been great if it is presented as the multiple smaller bit sizes pastry. We have the seats on the roof which was nice. The ambience and serving staff were nice and helpful but they were a little shorthanded on a Saturday. Nice place to come to have a view of the skyscape. Will come here for the starters and drinks... the mains I might try something else next time.

Had a birthday celebration earlier today and would like to command the young gentleman who served us! Extra effort was made to plate the birthday cake, and cafe music was changed to birthday song. Food was great, except for the coconut lychee drink that tasted like canned syrup. Will return but will not order the same drink.
