Is toast box going to close soon? Every outlets are so run down, old and untidy. Service here also no good asking customer to squeeze in one corner leg was not able to put properly. Because cleaner said table leg may hit her legs so must pish all the way in even customer cannot sit comfortably. Other seats also hot as near to cooker and hot water. The more I visit toast box the more feeling that they are closing down their business soon

Teh taste like no sugar and condensed milk!! Prepared by the black shirt guy (maybe manager?) the outlet also blast music as if we're in a club , is that even allowed in a shopping mall for a store? I could hear it from quite a distance away couldn't try the drink on the spot due to covid so can't remove mask outside .. had to add sugar and sweetened milk at home myself. Terrible outlet and service

Serves nice breakfast food, but place is a bit small indoors. Theres outdoor sitting too which is handicap friendly. There's toilet in the mall, staff might be busy to clear the tables and hard to get a seat during morning.

Very bad service that threw my order just because I asked once after waiting for 10 mins. I understand they are busy but throwing is too rude. Taste wise , Yakun downstairs is better, both for the tea and toast.

Cheap, clean, tasty toast breakfast restaurant. Love it. Kaya toast was better than Ya Kun, but also expensive. Overall, I would spend more money for high quality food and better environment. If you think my review is useful, please give me a like.

Located at the corner with seating indoor and outside, yet insufficient and sometimes need to wait. The service is decent. Sometimes it takes longer to communicate the order and be received correctly. The toast is good though I wish we could customise the amount of toasting. Tea/coffee is still the best thing here. Food options are alright.

Omg the people working here/staff is so rude. So so so rude. Completely lost and not at all organised. And it’s not a one time experience, I moved to this area 3 weeks ago and the way they treat the customers is disgusting. They yell your order back at you, not confirm they yell it back. There’s a guy sometimes here, he’s actually quite nice and treats customers as humans. Attaching the photo of the staff that are super rude.
