Ambience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Taste: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Varieties: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cosy ambience for a nice healthy & delicious meal. Expect crowd during peak hours. Staffs were friendly, professional & accommodating. Recommended for small group as the space is not that spacious. Recently they have added a new menu & some meal promotion. The classic clam chowder has been taken out of their menu & there is no other chowder. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for those who are on diet, prefers a healthy & clean meal & vegetarian patrons.

Huge reason why I stopped dining at any 'the soup spoon outlet anymore. Foreign object found in soup. Emailed them and management ignored multiple times, unwilling to do anything. They took more than a month to refund me the amount of just $14++. Not sincere in their actions compared to what they type out "beautifully" in their email. Side note: Just to show I can take wonderful pictures but if the food is not up to standard, it means nothing.

Staff left my soup out there for a good 5-10 minutes while telling me in my face my order was not ready yet. All they needed to do was place a piece of bread on the tray, which they kept directing to Grab/Foodpanda orders. When I went to the counter, the order chits were in a mess and mine was nowhere to be seen. It wasn't until I stood there that the staff finally took a breadroll and placed it on my tray without even giving eye contact.

I miss the old soupspoon menu, where the burgers are juicier and more variety. Where the soup taste more fresh. Where the service was great with friendly and helpful staff. All that is gone. Haven't been there since the original staff and menu not there. Pictures are from Dec 2020 to April 2021 (before dine in was unpredictable by the govt)
