The Ramen Stall

The service was very fast and friendly. There was a digital menu available as well as a physical menu. They have the option of indoor and outdoor seating, and every item on the menu is Halal. The server gave us an excellent recommendation, and we loved it. The drinks were also very refreshing. My wife and I ate lunch here for the price of 30 USD, and it was definitely worth it.

Frequented The Ramen Stall quite a bit for a long time now (since the days where soft drinks were free-flow HAHA). What we appreciated most about The Ramen Stall was the opening hours which stretched past midnight (5am back then), serving Japanese food of great quality and affordable prices. Our hot favourites include the Beef Gyu Don (succulent and juicy beef pieces that oozed flavour), dry ramen (think sesame sauce infused into thin springy noodles served with a runny onsen egg) and okonomiyaki (not your standard pasar malam okonomiyaki, the one here is packed with flavour). Excited to go back and enjoy the food there! :)

Long waiting time although there wasn't many customers. Not worth the portion, felt like I overpaid for the small portion. Had beef curry rice but the beef was too salty. Had the squid also but it was okay okay uh. Standby $2.80 for a can drink if anyone of you are reading this. From the drink price I leave it to you guys to imagine about the food price/portion.

This is a far cry from our beloved The Ramen House at short street. Seems to be by the same company as their menu is similar. However the taste is no where near. We drop in because we thought this is their branch. The cold cut beef is dry, it's just cooked sliced beef served cold with dipping sauce. The soursop Soda serve in an old plastic fancy cup at $4.80, is overprice with a few pieces of pulps. The spicy ramen, although the same, we prefer the taste at short street, it's pack more taste You may add extra portion of noodles at $3 This place charge GST and service fee.
