Had a quick date night with my hubby here as we have a 3 week old back home w my parents. Had always wanted to try this place and got a deal off chope. Incredibly value for money and the staff were really friendly and attentive too. The food was also served amazingly quick to my surprise. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

Ok food, value for money esp if you use the Citi card promo. Service was rather terrible, the restaurant didn't space out the diners and when we asked for a table further way from the group of diners, the waiter Kenny curtly said to us, 'No you can't seat there'. It was 430pm, the restaurant was not packed, lots of empty tables around but he had to make us seat next to another group. When we wanted to leave, he then reluctantly agreed to seat us further away and then pointed us to the bar table when there are at least 5 empty tables around. Then just when we were about to sit down, he changed his mind and said ok, you may seat at the table instead as if he's doing us a favor?! like I said, off peak 430pm with LOTS of empty tables around Kenny was extremely rude when serving us as well. The other Indian and Filipino waiters were more polite and :normal'. Anyway, we won't be coming back as the food is only passable and the service was so lousy. Maybe the waiter was having a really bad day but he really ruined our experience at Collins.

Service was prompt and server was friendly and helpful. Ordered COLLIN’s wagyu beef burger and COLLIN’s mixed grill. To have its shop name associated with a dish, it must be very proud of the dish or it just taste too good. On the contrary, the wagyu beef burger was really bad, the patty was dry, and the meat had too many tendons embedded inside the patty. To be frank, I felt I would have a more enjoyable burger if I were having a Big Mac. The only component from the wagyu burger dish that was good was actually its coleslaw. As for the mixed grill, it was just average. Chicken and Sausage were good. Pork was abit tough. Lychee tea was pretty good. Recommend to have that drink. Mushroom soup was average, nothing to shout about.
