An Acai Affair

Walk back-end of the store and they have a really nice tropical design sitting area. Açaí bowls were really good! I ordered the typical açaí with fruits and they provided some smaller cups that allowed us to share. Everything was just the right amount of granola and fruits. Açaí is very bitter in its natural form so all açaí food add sugar. Albeit açaí is very nutritious therefore good for health, do keep in mind to eat it in moderation due to it being very caloric.

My favourite açai place offering great refreshing flavours. You can assemble your own bowl or pick from their specials. Really enjoyed the lychee bowl, perfect on a hot summer day. A small cup sells for 7.30. Toasts and healthy snacks are also available. I found the girls working there quite friendly and pleasant despite all the negative reviews I've seen.

Super quick service, friendly staff and they make the acai bowls well. However, the staff can be rather unprofessional. They tend to be very loud in their conversations and it is disruptive to the customers dining in. When opening the fridge, they also tend to slam the door, and due to the design of the shop, customers can feel the vibration of the fridge slamming and it is not pleasant. Overall I think it is a nice branch, with good customer service, it is just that the staff needs to watch their behavior as it can be disruptive to customers at times.

I regularly buy from AA and I went to this outlet on April 2nd early evening and the ladies there were very polite and friendly compared to the other places I've been. Got take away and the service is very fast too. They went an extra mile for me and it made my day. (I think they will know who they are once they read this lol! Unfortunately I forgot the name of the girl serving me)
