Penang Hawker food fare is back again! The Oyster omelette queue is the longest and kudos, it’s well made. Roti canai was freshly Made too and fluffy with good curry sauce. Lor Bak dish was also a stand out, and so was the Penang style char kway teow. Dessert was Min Zhang Kueh and free flow of Coffee Tea. They will have the food fare back in Sept. Enjoy.

Penang fair is back after 2 years. This is the first instalment. They will back in sept and dec. This time around not much crowd. Food is authentic penang food (the closest you will get to unless you take a trip to penang and try out various hawkers scattered all over the island ! Prawn mee is the best. The pancake was very good too. Laksa too sour and using the laksa noodle is really off. They could do a better job for CKT ie frying less portion per wok. Overall will return the next time they are in town

Super happy experience here! Came here for ala carte buffet. Very trained service crew especially Mr Ramli, he said he is a happy staff working here for 33 years already!. I felt he always appeared at the right time and gave the best recommendations (everything exactly right) from drinks to food to dessert! The fish head curry, squid ink sambal sotong and beef rendang are astonishing, love the Chap Chai and Ngoh Hiang too. Best of the best is chendol amazingly good on par to Melaka Peranakan version. And… chin chow with atap-Chee!!! Very peaceful environment. Will surely come back again!

Terrible staff especially this one middle age shortish Asian man with a weird hair cut. We wanted a spot to celebrate my birthday because we were guests at the hotel but couldn't bring guests in and were told to pay for overpriced coffee and tea which we begrudgingly obliged to. Terrible terrible service. Don't ever come here, even the free breakfast isn't worth the money.

Visited with family to try out their a la carte lunch buffet. The food was very good, with standout dishes being the curry fish head, chicken masala and black ink squid. We immensely enjoyed the vibrant flavours that were brought out splendidly in the dishes. However, what made the experience stand out was the wonderful service from the staff, in particular manager Marc Kee, who was extremely friendly and proactive during the course of our meal. I would visit again for the quiet environment, good food, reasonable prices, and most of all, service that truly is one of the best we've ever experienced so far.

Service staff that pretends not to see anything, leaving just the manager to handle most of the tasks. 1) why clean the same unused tables 7 times in the slowest possible manner? 2) not clearing dirty dishes from tables through the past hour? 3) customers forced to serve their own drinks and utensils? 4) waiters that agree to serve something and forget. 5) as others have noted: overpriced drinks.
