Real disappointment. Standard has dropped so much compared to when they are situated at Millenia Walk. The seats has a musky smell that we asked to change the table. Took so long to take our order cos only 3 staff as 1 only serve the food, the other usher n set table... So only 1 can take order that also makes all the drinks. Unbelievable. The typhoon bloom really look horrible, nothing like how the onion are supposed to open up standing. It was just stack up with thick batter that look like a pile of cow dung. Oily n taste horrible. The coleslaw got a sour taste, either too much vinegar or is about to turn bad. Steak was not properly done per our order. Not value for money. Best is the signboard up the escalator that say 30% showing the picture. When show n ask the waitress, she informed no more promotion. Well, the signboard should be removed then. False advertising that lure customers in for a lousy meal. Never going to eat there again

Easily the worst steak I've ever had in my entire life, not even taking the price into account. This steakhouse would be a perfect fit for an episode of Kitchen Nightmares for Gordon Ramsay. 1) waited at the entrance to be seated for 5-10 minutes with empty seat available in the restaurant. Waiters were busy handling food delivery orders. 2) 40% of the items on the menu were not available 3) food took approximately 1 hour to be served after ordering. Drinks such as iced water and coke took 20minutes. 4) food quality was severely disappointing. Aussie cheese fries were definitely microwaved as all the fries were sticking and clumped together into a huge lump with cheese that looks to be briefly melted and then solidified again (due to microwave). Fries were soggy too. 5) ordered 2 ribeyes (49.90 each) and these were the thinnest ribeyes I've seen in my life, hammered till they are thinner than a McChicken patty. Requested for medium cooked and 1 of them were obviously cooked to well done with fully brown meat visible when cut open. Waiter did help to change a new plate, which came out to what I would see as medium well. 6) ribeye being described as seasoned with 17 herbs and whatnot on the menu, came out to taste like a piece of unseasoned meat, except for the bitter burnt grill marks across the steak. 7) "seasonal vegetables" side tasted like vegetables boiled with hot water and served without further effort. Bland. Mashed potatoes were also mildly seasoned with pepper and salt, with potato skins mashed together for some reason, leaving chewy crumbs in your mouth. Overall, ridiculous pricing for the quality served, both in terms of service and food. Cheap steak from aston's or even hawker western stalls priced at less than half of the steaks here easily taste better. A disgrace to the name of "Steakhouse".

Ordered 2 steaks and typhoon bloom. While the steak was switched between the serving, the doneness also not the same as we ordered. The worst was the typhoon bloom that so oily until we can’t eat the inner part (as you could see, the oil was dripping on the plate itself). Maybe, this will be the last time we will eat here.

The quality of the food is so bad compare to last time! The steak is not tasty, the pasta is so dry, the worst is their signature bread is so bad! Not hot and taste cold, the butter is not the white one they used to have. I am so disappointed! I was a great fans of Outback since 20 years ago when the restaurant still in Millenia Walk the food, service and ambiance was so good. But now everything dropped tremendously!

First impression was that the restaurant was very clean, neat and spacious. The entrées were served quite quickly, the bushman bread was perfectly crusty! The food was so delicious!! The pictures really do not do the food justice! I ordered the New York Strip, it was perfectly medium rare, really thick and juicy. My friend and I shared an Appetizer Platter as well, the portion size was generous and we especially enjoyed the Kookaburra Wings and Crispy Volcano Shrimps. I was also very impressed with the attentiveness of the waiters and friendly manager! 10/10 would recommend anyone to come and try this restaurant!

I have been to outback at orchard a couple of times, but the recent visit was simply disappointing. We ordered a half portion of buffalo wings for about $12 and 2 mains - steak and ribs. The buffalo wings were really tiny - 5 pieces of mid-joints (not the full wing), served with blue cheese and 2 pieces of leeks. The ribs was served with 3 slices of pickled cucumbers and fries. Ribs tasted tough and dry while the steak was okay. I don't think I will be revisting outback again, or at least not in one year.

When we reached the counter, we were quickly attended to and seated. We didn't need to wait for long after ordering the food which arrived quickly. We ordered the outback special steak which was cooked to exactly how i wanted it ( medium rare). The sides were delicious as well. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I will definitely recommend my friends to try it out.
