D'good Cafe

Cold brew coffee and tea was pretty good but definitely overpriced, i think the regular coffee they serve is reasonably priced and decent. The best was the skillet pancakes and will always go back for that. Pasta dishes were good as well but i realised that over the years the standard of food has dropped...

It's one of those cafes that work, but doesn't quite cut it for me. It feels more like it's for students to hang out after school, rather than an establishment in Holland Village for the kind of crowd that patronizes the area. Not quite sure about the cutesy swing by the window as well... Overall enjoyed the cheesecake and the green tea I had, but there's too many things lacking for me to thoroughly enjoy my cafe experience.

Had the rib-eye pasta yesterday. Though the sauce and pasta were edible, the meat was tough and utterly inedible. The cow lost its life for nothing. There was also a strange body odour-like smell near the swing tables. That being said, service was good. The server was attentive and even offered additional portion of steak (but it was still tough AF).

Good cafe to hang out once in a while. Had a very tasty pancake. Tried out their tea based mock tails.. refreshing taste at good price. Nice ambience to enjoy a quiet evening. But they don’t allow you to work or study there for Long. So students better be mindful of that.. this place is good to catch up with friends.

The quality of the service has been dropping since I first came here years ago. The staff are curt and unfriendly, and you'll feel more like a burden foisted on them than a customer. Food is so-so, and prices aren't attractive either. It's not that the food is bad, but it's not good, and at the prices they charge, along with the "service" they provide, I can't bring myself to ever come back and spend my money here. You'll be better served at the many other cafes in the area. (And my bad experience wasn't a one-off, I came back once more just to test my previous experience). Never again.
