I've been coming to The Green Bar regularly for the past 3 years. It has a wide range of salad toppings to choose from, and the salad is always presented beautifully in a wooden bowl. Service is warm and friendly. Love the jazz/bossa nova they play too!

Update: there was a change in menu, for the worst. All good items disappeared (cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, etc...). Even the choice of dressing is bad now. The portion was pathetically small. Very disappointing.

I used to frequent the ARC outlet and it's my fist time in Millennia's. Not disappointed, IMHO it's the best salad bar chain in SG. I just wished they served more bread and the bread was toasted like it was at ARC.
If you're a salad enthousiast I recommend you design your own salad and add some carbs, meat and cheese. Unlike many other salad bars it's filling enough to keep you from starving before dinner.

Really good salad, and I like the concept to individual design the own salad.
I took it with noodles and chicken, it had a good taste.

My favorite spot to eat salad at Marina Walk. Healthy portion served in big wooden bowl. I’ve tried various combinations and was never disappointed.

Good portion of salad. I ordered smoked duck mango tango and loved it. Reasonable pricing too! You can also choose to build your own bowl.
