The economy rice stall is great. I usually buy from them thrice a week. Unfortunately, i had two bad experiences with the aunty making drinks. First time ( abt 2 mths ago), was she claimed I didnt pay for the tea that she made for me a few days ago. Although i remembered I did pay, I still didnt want to argue with her since she is quite senior and paid her. The second time was just yesterday during lunch. As I we had one incident before, this time I am extra careful. I gave her $2 and she said I gave the change back later. I went on eating. After my meal, I went back to her and said you havent returned my change. Instead of saying sorry, she insisted that she already paid. I showed her my pockets and wallet and told her I didnt even have any coins with me. How could she possibly paid. Moreover, I saw went to the next table to take order from the Indian family. Unfortunately she kept insisting that she already paid and no more discussion. I was pretty upset and told her its fine and I walked off. I will never patronize such a stall again. To the management, please run a check. I sincerely hope that, due to her age, she is just forgetful and not taking advantage of clients. If this is not due to her age, then, I am sure there will be other victims too.
