This is a throwback review for the CitySq branch, the servers consistently delivered underweight kebab/burrito/daily bowl and they know it since they bypass the weighing machine for all my orders. The other 5 star reviews from people with 1 review, it's amazing you know every staff by their individual name.

I've held back on posting this review until I've tried it several more times. For the identical order of daily bowls, this branch consistently delivers a smaller portion size than other Stuff'd branches that I frequent, being Hougang and Raffle City. Curiously, this branch is also the only one I've encountered where the weighing of the order prior to payment is not incorporated into the staff's standard workflow.

Seriously delicious food here! My favourites are the kebabs and daily bowls. This is for the City Square Mall stall. They’ve got a great assortment of meats (even Impossible meat!). Best thing about this place is they have a nutrition calculator on their website so you can count your calories and macros too. Ordering is super fast.

Been recently getting into a habit of the good quality food prepared by Stuff'd - I visit the City Square Mall and find Syed and Jun providing exceptional service. besides the good quality food, the staff are amicable in nature, and are working hard to ensure they give an overall excellent customer satisfaction.

I've never encountered such poor and lacklustre service from stuff'd before. The lack of effort in the way the food was prepared - ingredients were scrimped and reduced to dashes of sauce and small nuggets of ingredients. Coupled with the lack of communication, really puts the brand to shame. There isn't any sauce even two bites in .

Can be better. Ate a few times. depends on luck, got served multiple times with burnt chicken bit taste bitter and cancerous. They could monitor their cooking time or cut off burnt pieces before wrapping.
