Avoid this outlet at all costs. Bought a soy milk drink around 7.30pm on a Wednesday( it was not crowded). The cup given to me was not sealed properly and the drink spilled at the shop front on the floor+shoes. I requested for a new cup but the auntie insisted that the machine was faulty. I asked if all the previous customers had a faulty sealed cup like mine, but she didn’t now seem to bother. It seemed rather simple to replace it with a new cup cause a good amount of drink spilled. I do not recommend this outlet.

This chain is generally really good and I enjoy their products but it was my first time going to the Novena Square branch and I am disappointed to have experienced such terrible customer service. The cashier was extremely rude, abrupt and hostile towards me after I asked her for my drink because SHE forgot to give it to me. I don't know if she was just having a bad day or whatever but either way that is no excuse to speak to customers with such aggression and hostility. I don't think I will visit this particular branch in the future thanks to one cashier with extremely bad customer service.
