Tried the new kebab special SMOKY CHIPOTLE KEBAB ROLL as recommended by the staff and I was amazed with the combination of the flavour. The sauce was very nice and the chicken is cooked to perfection. And it’s a lot! Very generous portion. Great job team Shenton.👏

I am not an avid fan of kebab and when I tried this Smokey Chipotle Kebab Roll from Kebabs Faktory, it is a 100/10! So yummy and flavorful! 😍 paired with the friendly staffs who entertained us when we walked inside their store. The chicken was overloading, veggies were fresh and the sauce was so ohhh la la!!! A must try 💯

Their service and kebabs is really what has me coming back❤️ this outlet have a great set of people, wonderful and friendly always! Had the smoky chipotle chicken kebab roll filled with 3 types of cheese today and it was amazing!! Thank you

Stay out of this place on weekends! It gave me food poisoning.
I did a mistake by ordering take out on sunday. Grill wasn’t working so I am assuming meats are from day or two before. Greasiest gyro. And the salad bowl was like soup with too much sauce. Oily meats. So disappointed.

Staff was friendly. Food was awesome and delicious. Have been here a few times for lunch. Even recommended it to my friends and colleagues. Overall good experience.

Kitchen could be bigger, line sort of snakes all the way our and a little cramp on the inside as people wait. Perhaps having a system to pre-order and having them come pick up should be something looked into.
Food wise, it was decent and filling. The price is right. Tasty and lots of a options to choose from. A bit messy compared to stuff'd.

I must say I was skeptical at first having walked past the store a couple times, but today I needed a quick lunch and decided.... nothing should beat kebabs for speed!
I had the mixed meat with rice bowl and I was pleasantly surprised. It was pretty tasty. Its not your fine food fare, but I'd return if I ever wanted a quick meal.

Ordered online for pickup, and the food was decent. The gyro was a bit lackluster (as you can see in the picture) and was a bit disappointing. The tsaziki was okay but tasted very buttery... normally tsaziki sauce does not have butter. The lamb bowl was good, but I found a chewy cartilage piece in the meat that was quite unpleasant. My favourite item was the falafel; cooked very well and very flavourful.
Overall okay experience. I don’t think I’ll be visiting again though.
