Starbucks Coffee

Saw some of the reviews below and I probably stumbled on having the nicer staffs during my visit on a Wednesday. As I'm a customer who doesn't frequent Starbucks very often, I tend to stare at the menu, for fear of making the same mistake where you order something and it tastes horrible (as with the Pure Matcha Latte I ordered once elsewhere but was dumbfounded and horrified by the sheer bitterness and lack of sugar), but the staff was quite hospitable in which he asked what I'd like to order, and when I asked if there's a Green Tea Frappuccino in a Hot version, another staff suggested a Green Tea Latte that was a hot version instead. So to that response then I asked what's the difference between the Green Tea Latte and Pure Matcha Latte and the staff there very graciously explained it to me really well and recommended the Green Tea Latte for slightly less bitter taste. So kudos to the two male staff here that were really accommodating to my clueless self! :)

I have stop by few time to this Starbuck starting from last year Xmas until today. The service is quite okay as that represents the 3 stars... But lost another 2 stars is that the drinks that I order, they always stated don't have. Last year Xmas I ordered Toffee Nut Crunch Latte, they inform me that they don't have toffee, then on January, I ordered Caramel Latte and I would like to add on cinnamon powder on my latte, they don't have the cinnamon powder and today I ordered Salted Caramel Cloud Macchiato, they don't have it and I changed to Salted Caramel Frappe. Then I start wondering why don't have Macchiato while Frappe have. I work as barista before so this make me wonder. Oh well, I just hope that Starbuck to standardize the on each outlet and have a check on each outlet.

I think the other 5 stars are either friends or friends of friends. It's the worst Starbucks I've been to. Diluted coffee, and staffs all pretending they don't see guests trying to order. Malay specs girl looks like she hates her life, malay/pinoy guy action so many things to do to avoid attending guests...

I will rate - if I can, definitely 0 stars for sure! The most horrible Starbucks I've ever been too. Worse customer service from a guy named MIRI. Lied that there's a q before me just because I walked in from the wrong entrance. When I went in there isn't a lot ppl, there are abt at least 3 empty tables. The other side of the store was EMPTY, NO Q. Even lied to me that the table I found cannot sit 5pax but the table next to me sat 5 PAX (3A+2K). I also 3A+2K 🙄 & Who the hell knows which is the correct entrance? Not like as if I open that store. You should have stopped me when I went in right? But you told me you can't chase up with me, like for god's sake, how big is your store? Will never patronize this store. Shoppers should refrain from visiting them as well, they will only spoil your mood after shopping. There a lot more cafe at MS, coffee and cakes are similar + CS are way better!
