One of my favourite dumplings spots, my family has been regulars at this place for many years and that's not without a reason✨ 🌟 𝗦𝘇𝗲𝗰𝗵𝘂𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻 红油抄手 ($𝟱) Made with a secret recipe, the flavourful chilli sauce is so addictive! This affordable $5 plate comes with 10pc of spicy wanton. Handmade with juicy pork fillings wrapped in silky smooth skin. You can also customise your vinegar and spicy levels 🔥 🌟 𝗣𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 韭菜鲜肉饺子($𝟲) Panfried to a crispy golden exterior, these dumplings are available at $6 for 10pc. Pair this with vinegar and ginger shreds, even the boss owner admits that this is his favourite item! 🌟 𝗗𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀 饺子面 ($𝟰.𝟱𝟬) If you're looking for a noodle option, try their comforting dumpling noodles. The portion is generous and comes with 5 plump dumplings. Quite worth 👍 Overall, a value-for-money hawker spot that I'll revisit without hesitation. Do expect to wait as the queues can stretch quite long, especially during peak hours. Nothing really special of their signature xiao long bao. Skin too thick . Lack of meat juice .Fillings in the bao. Other than on demand cooking , nothing special. Funny part of this store is the constant queue of customer for very normal food. I probably won't queue for it after my first try. There are many good food options in the entire Alexander hawker centre.

Top notch and authentic shanghainese xiaolongbaos. I highly recommend the 锅贴 which is the star of the show, there is some sweetness and savouriness in the blend that makes it great, even better than the much lauded 抄手. Even eating takeaway when the dumplings are soggy, the flavour still shone through. The queue is always long, even during this 'circuit breaker that is not a circuit breaker', and once they sell out they will close early, so don't dice with fate, come early and queue early (especially if you are like me and don't live in the vicinity). Visit early to have your craving satisfied. The queue is long though they do serve very fast. The dishes are tasty and not as pricey. We ordered the steamed mini buns, pan fried dumplings, and spicy noodle to satisfy our cravings for the afternoon. The stall has archived many awards and they are worthy of getting them. Will definitely patronize the stall again.
