Terrible service and attitude from staff/server!!! We ordered a tower of beer and 3 bar-bites... The tower and 1 dish came (without any cutleries)... We waited till we've finished the 1 dish and asked to check our other orders... The server confidently said that he can never forget about the order but the chef might... What kinda answer is this??! Then, he came back with empty CUTLERIES!! What for?? So we waited again... till we almost finishing our tower... YES, that long! And we asked again. He came back and took away our cutleries and threw down one comment - There're no more food! No apology, no explanation. We were lost! So, we spoke to the boss and launched our complaint. The boss sent back that guy to tell us he was not sure if the food were served... What nonsense!!! HE WAS THE ONE WHO SERVED US!!!! The lady boss ultimately came over to apologise and explained that the staff had ordered the food from the wrong kitchen (thus the delay) and offered a discount for the next visit. Gosh! I told her directly (but calmly) - Thank you for the offer but no thanks. I wouldn't pay another visit. It's ok to make mistakes. All we want was an honest explanation and an apology. Fire this staff!! He's full of lies and ego!!!

Be careful when you pass by the offers provided by this bar/pub. Cheated by the staff who is offering happy hour when we walked in. One of the staff offered happy hour price when we asked about the pricing, and when billing they started to deny offering the happy hour price. They do not admit their mistakes/miscommunication at all, felt no remorse and even argued back that they did not offer the price. Very upset at the way they're handling the whole situation, and going back on their words. Drinks were overpriced compared to the other bars/pubs (who would even go to a bar that sells overpriced drinks compare to the surrounding bar/pub?). Definitely not coming back to this place due to their bad services and dishonesty with customers.

One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Took 90 mins before a simple greek salad and hummus dish appeared. I can't believe we waited so patiently for so long. We believed the wait staff that it was coming soon. Only 2 hours later they told us that they cancelled our other dish and that we couldn't order anything else. An absolute disaster of a dinner. Overpriced for Greek food, and even for drinks. Never again. Absolute regret trying this place.
