service is terrible this cashier lady called Li Yu says koi card not allowed to be used in this shop and they only accept cash. Having no choice, I gave her the smallest note that i have a $50 dollar note and she start complaining about me giving such a big notes, make the outlet do not have much loose change left. Next she complain to her partner too.. totally unprofessional and embarrass me fr the other ppl standing behind the queeue. it is not my fault as that is the smallest change i have. and to be frank so many shops are using cards and epayments such as paynow or paywave. since this is the only mode of payment that you accept that is the only thing i can use to pay. really feel offended by her.
