Superior spare ribs soup set B got all the best you need for a meal. Spare rib is soft and tender, although the soup cool off very fast. Braised pig’s trotter same texture and big intestine is springy. Just that I took sometime to find a place to be seated and enjoy this meal, all dishes cool off quite easily. Maybe if they have a hot pot will be better.

Maybe personally I prefer the pepperly kind of bak kut teh, so this is kind of boring taste. And the taste is similar for the soup, the tau pok and tau kua so it gets too overwhelmingly boring. The set meal isn't worth it comparing this and the typical 老街肉骨茶 found in most singapore shopping centers. However, I have to acknowledge that since it is at a more touristy place, the kind of price has been a norm. It may be worth the effort to go further for bak kut teh if you can afford the time and effort.
