Pros: Great location and nice children's playground Cons: Condo is old and poorly managed. The water pump for units in Lobby 1 and 2 are broken but management won't bother to fix it so you never know when your water supply will suddenly discontinue. Management couldn't care less because they own 51% of the strata shares and can never be voted out or be outvoted on any issues raised by the residents.

Overall, it is a convenient place to live. However, please be aware of who you rent from. Don't rent the 0563 room.The owner always tries to keep the refund and kick people out at the last minute trying to get as much money from the tenant as he can.The monthly rental does not include utilities. The real amount should be 100 or 200 higher monthly and the utility bills are mysteries to tenants because the amount is told to tenants by mouth through WhatsApp. When requested for the utility invoices, the owner is not able to provide. In addition, the owner discriminates against people by nationality when he cannot prove he is right. Be really careful.

Used to stay here for 2 years. Secured residence. From the outside you will see only grey walls. Looks like some federal buildings. But enter the inside, there's garden full of little lights and swimming pool. The surrounding are restaurant and bars, big contrast from the inside! This residence also full of secret entrances to enter the residence. Big grey silver doors can lead you through corridors where you feel scared, but lead you back home to your unit. Interesting living style here.
