- Weekday Breakfast Promotion will change at any time - My go to breakfast now and seems CBTL know what to have during their breakfast promotion. Tried out at this outlet with their BBQ Chicken Sandwich with hot/cold oatmilk latte. For those who want to have oatmilk inside their latte, it’s nice to have especially when it’s hot. For the food, it’s a standard affair of whether is nice or not. But on that day visited, was very good. Ambience is great and with socially distance seated area. However, entering needed to be at the mall entrance.

Great aroma coffee pastries and atmosphere with spacious relaxing holiday mode lounge. Quiet location conveniently located next to Bukit MRT station and bus interchange in neighborhood heartland mall West Mall with great views supermarket cinemas dinning shopping banking entertainment and amenities. Freshly prepared healthy ingredients with tender loving caring skillful baking and professional warm services. free wifi. Friendly fast attentive cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists Expats locals visitors and families.

Place was renovated and feels more spacious nowadays. It is one of the only few CBTL that operates 24hrs. Service crews were polite and accomodating. Service was fast. Seatings are all indoor (airconditioned) now due to covid, used to have outdoor tables. Food options are available on major delivery platforms.

Brought two cake n it’s not nice at all though it’s not cheap. The chocolate cake taste funny n when we told the staff if we can change to another cake as we only had a bite, the staff refused n told us the cake is like that (without even tasting it) . Luckily coffee still ok so can drink there just don’t eat any cake there . They didn’t gave us any straw for our drink too and we hv to go back to ask for it.

First time ordering in this branch. I order through foodpanda for pick up. The time for pick up is 1:50. I got my order after almost an hour. As this is my first time to pick up a food from this branch I went to ask the staff about my order since it is pass 1:50 already. The staff (girl with a brown hair)irritably told me that for food pick up I need to wait. So I waited. And waited... and it is almost an hour, I decided to follow up my order. I talked to the same staff again, then she scratch her head and called her other co worker. The other staff told me my order was at the table near the door long time ago. I was like... gosh. My drink couldve melted already, aside from I'm hungry af. Anyway that's just my experience. Correct me if I'm wrong, but usually when I order a pasta from CBTL it comes with a garlic bread, weither it is dine in or take out (?) Coz this one doesn't.

Ordered a Oat milk Chai tea on 17 May 2022 (Receipt no G34319). Paid $16.50 for 1 regular and 1 small. No chai tea taste and only oat milk diluted hot water. This was done by a young guy with curly hair. Usually, I dont have this issue with Coffee bean at the west mall outlet. Could be my unlucky day and I suspect the server was not trained properly Coffee bean should have a QA for the servers.
