Normally tasty, not special.
There was a small lump of noodle, first seen in ramen restaurants, boiled too much noodle in one time, I wonder...felt they r not so professional.
I chose Tan Tan Men. My fellow chose Shio which he felt the taste too weak.
About my dish, the taste was a bit too sweet for me, a bit disappointed for us not to be able to adjust the taste by our own tastes, which many other ramen restaurants put some spices or sauce on the tables.
The way of serving was not authentic Japanese.
One-bite fried dumplings had better taste than noodle dishes, personally.
Once is enough for me, normally satisfied, not make me think of going back for their dishes, sorry to say.

My husband and I tried the Mazesoba Chasiu Ramen and the Tori Paitan Ramen respectively on a weekend. My husband was very impressed with the balance of flavours in his dish, and I enjoyed mine very much as well. The fragrant citrus brightens the savoury chicken collagen soup and cuts the jelakness, and the chicken meat was sweet and tender. If I had to nitpick a little, the egg seemed to have sat in its marination for a bit too long so it is a little grainy BUT it is really better than the ramen eggs of other Japanese eateries I've had lately. For the Mazesoba, the roasted pork had a very assertive smoked flavour which went really well with the sweet noodles. Prices were very reasonable for food of this quality and the kitchen was visibly very well-maintained. Staff was prompt and friendly. Would absolutely come back here again to try their other dishes - they have lemon ginger ice-cream and the truffle beef looked really enticing! ごちそうさまでした!

This gem of a restaurant is located along the Japanese food street in Millennia Walk. The food street is located outside if the main building, so do check the directory if it's your first time there. What I liked most about the ramen here is the rich pork broth which isn't too salty and doesn't contain MSG. Use the Eatigo app for good discounts. There's also another Branch at the Forum.

Not a bad shop to patron in . I particularly loves their boshi tonkasu ramen . It's a fish bonito soup base ramen with a distinct hint of lime. The tanginess of the citrus give this bowl of noodles a much needed kick. The onion and garlic add aromatic elements to it. On the other hand garlic ramen the a let down . No overpower garlic favours . Not much distinct than a normal tonkotsu ramen . Shop wise is situated outside the main area between the link to marina square .

Found the ramen to be quite meh, These days the ramen competition is tough and sadly Uma Uma doesn't stand out in terms of flavour- overly rich and salty, after a few mouths you just feel 'jerlak'. I couldn't continue after half bowl so I swapped to the rice bowl which was alright, nothing fancy just simple fresh salmon bowl.
The fats of the char siew melts, taste good but I personally didn't enjoy the very strong pork taste lingering in the mouth after each bite. So I guess this is quite subjective.
Also got chicken karaage, don't get it, not good and not worth it.

Not too bad for the fifth time that we're back. The noodles used to be more textured so that thick broth can latch on. But no complaints with this version. Just that 1.0 is definitely preferred. Can give the gyozas a miss - a tad too greasey with not as much meat.

Visited this place for dinner.
The broth is okay (I got the Uma Uma Ramen). Slightly oily but okay. What I particularly liked was actually the noodle texture as well as the charsiu. The charsiu is easily better in texture and flavor compared to many ramen shops out there.
I ordered more Yaki Charsiu as they are rather enjoyable. The One-Mouth Gyoza is packed with flavors though the whole bunch got stucked together making it a little hard to separate.
An overall decent meal.

we had the uma uma ramen, bushi tonkotsu ramen, garlic ramen and mazesoba chasiu ramen, with salmon fry and yaki chasiu as sides
the best tasting ramen had to be the mazesoba chasiu, a very unique dry ramen
i wouldnt recommend the garlic ramen unless you are a big fan of pungent raw garlic (i absolutely love the garlic ramen!!!)
the bushi tonkotsu ramen had the sweet savoury taste of the bonito flakes
i also enjoyed the yaki chasiu, as it was juicy, tender and smokey
overall the food is great and service staff are friendly and prompt, i would definitely go again!
