Mcdonald's

The service has definitely changed over the years. I also think that they have changed their serving style which leads to slow service from the staff. I actually quite used to wait, in terms of food mcd has always been consistent. I hope they can change their serving method or perhaps new way to do it.

Mcdonald's has grown bigger so as the restaurant manager ego and arrogance at fajar. Ordered via McDelivery app, was quoted at 01:10hrs on 26th April (Fjr-429) but near to 1:50am, the order still not arrived despite assurance from your customer service that the restaurant will call me back which never happened as the manager ego and arrogance is growing. A blatant disregard to customer which just want to get stomach filled but was deprived of the rights by that useless restaurant manager!!! Why on earth Mcdonald's still employ this useless person become a manager at night shift?

One of the worse outlet i ever encountered!! Been ordering almost everyday from the outlet but out of 7 days a week 4 days sure have missing here n there when the order arrive home.. missing fries, missing apple pie missing here missing there. I dont blame the delivery rider coz even walk in buy also missing here n there.. 👎👎 everytime must check the order before leaving the outlet which i guess very hassle to do that coz I thought the staff will check everything but i was WRONG!!
