Food is nice, especially the bitter gourd pork rib which has always been their most famous dish. Service is erratic - there are 2 ladies staff - one who is the current owner’s wife (polite) and another is the Mandarin-speaking staff (not so polite). The main grouse is that the food prices are very expensive relative to the quality, portion and ambience. For that price point, you can get better value elsewhere with similar taste. Hopefully the owner takes note of this.

Taste good overall! However slightly on the pricier end compared to usual zichar; probably due to restaurant setting and aircon. Steamed fish head $23 - quite good portion of fish head, however sauce was on the sweeter side today Prawn paste chicken $10 for 8 pieces - quite nice fragrance and crispy Bitter gourd pork ribs $16 - quite pricey for the small portion, very little pieces of pork ribs Prawn roll $12 - small portion, nothing to rave about, was expecting more! Note: -Only cash terms accepted; prices exclude GST -Reservations recommended; limited tables avail -Went for Sat dinner; was told noodle dishes not avail -Not the friendliest service but ok
