Waffletown

Nostalgia is probably the main cause of the long queues at this place, along with their work processes and segregation of duties. Heard the hype about this old school place and decided to give it a try. I think it's better to just to to a MacDonald's. The chicken served with the waffle is cold, probably fried and set aside for a while. It's the same for the onion rings, calamari and cheese fries too. In fact, I think everything is undercooked. While there is a couple of staff, the manager / cashier is repeating the orders to his staff instead of focusing on his role. This causes the queue to build up for ordering. Although they hand out buzzers, the staff ends up bringing the food to the customer's table.

Felt so nostalgic coming here and tasting the same menu, back when I was in high school ☺️ the new place was smaller as compared to the previous location, however they kept the vibe and decor the same. Was already crowded when we arrived, took us around 40mins queuing to reach the order counter and another 20mins for food to be served. Short on staffs as well as the seats🥲 hopefully they earn back enough to expand the shop. Food was as good as before, my all time favorite is waffle w sausage and egg 👌🏻💯

Arrived at 530pm. Already long queue Limited dine in area. Need to come with 2 or more friends to chope seat when customer leaves. Else no place to eat after u gotten your food. Same standards aa old place. Minus 1 star for not enough table and seats Managed to order at 6pm.gotten our food at 612pm
