Subway

This store is an older privately owned store which have opted out to redesign. The service is excellent, with staff members which are very efficient. It is a slightly quieter branch than the opposite Subway branch, which is good. The store is situated in a relatively quieter part of the mall. The ingredients are quite fresh, maybe even fresher than many other stores. Overall, its a normal Subway, but with a more luxurious experience.

Great service. They give generous amounts of ingredients. Staff listen to your requirements well. Sharp contrast vs. Subway at Velocity, which is really cheap with the ingredients, trying to give you as little as possible. Everyone working around Novena should go to this outlet. Not the velocity one.

the staff was cleaning the floor right beside me while I was eating. Of the entire square foot of the restaurant flooring, he kept cleaning the area beside me while i was eating. Don't know why. But I got to compliment the sandwich maker. He gave me so much extra vegetables when I requested for extra. Customer-inclined indeed.

It was the worse sandwich I had in my life... It wasn't even real steak. It tasted like meat out of a can. The so called "American Cheese" was actually just processed cheese you by at Fairprice or Cold Storage. Never Ever again will I buy food from Subway. The ingredients are all processed and not fresh. Since when does steak look like beef cubes?
