Nice Place to Chill! Interesting drinks with colorful shots! Legit strong and have kick! Their Bomb shots were interesting as well! They have a wide varieties of fresh draught beers on tap. Their GUINNESS is different,damn smooth ,creamy and nitrogenated. They're also giving complimentary peanuts with ikan bilis. Very friendly and good service!

Head Down to New Harbour Bar to celebrate St. Patty's Day. Staff were friendly, Food was great! It was a fun night as they host every guest in the table. Their Guinness is one of the best pour in SG!

The food not nice, too spicy, and my food order is softshell crab spaghetti, the soft shell crab is covered by too much flour and affect the food . The food serve so slow and lack of cutlery. Drink is not bad.

A nice little hole in the wall to hang out and enjoy a chilled beer with friends. The staff were very friendly and approachable.. happy hour has them serving a pint of drought beer from $11

Excellent service by the staffs and the Nacho cheese is very nice, thumbs up. My husband like that Crackling Pork Knuckle, very crispy. My favorite over here is the Strawberry Margarita

While walking around Tanjong Pagar, The New Harbour Cafe and Bar catch my attention, not the typical youngster bar but the ambience and atmosphere was great! Especially when you seat outside.
Was surprised by the variety of food in their menu.
Tried the Pork Knuckle and Sambal Stingray with Friends. So to say, ....The Best Grilled Sambal Stingray! Their Guinness is also the Best! Asked my Irish Friends, and they have tried! Quoted "the Best Guinness in Singapore! " Staff are very friendly and approachable.

Used to go to this bar for lunch when my office was in Tanjong Pagar. Standard seems to have dropped over… 15 years. Not sure if same management. Tried it again as it was on the entertainer app.
