The Bakehouse

I was really excited for brunch here on a Sunday afternoon. Sadly I was disappointed when the breakfast platter was served with a hot dog and not a "sausage" as advertised on the menu. What is wrong with these people a hot dog is not a sausage!!! Such a shame especially considering the upscale brunch prices. In addition the bacon was soggy and the hashed potatoes tasted like it had been sitting out since 8am. To make matters worse the cutlery was not properly cleaned, no I don't want the last people's food on my knife thank you very much. On a positive note the coffee was not half bad and the baked goods looked good so maybe just stick that and skip the brunch.

Had breakfast, chicken ham and cheese croissant and a cup of skinny flat white. Coffee is alright, although is not as strong as I would expected. Food averagely alright. The damage in this set was S$10.20. Is was quite expensive. The lady crew is friendly, but not for the other two. I don't think I will be back, the cakes are not attractive, even though the interior setup is good, their table are using sewing machine, and the furnitures are are those of olden types...
