Ah Lan's Durian

Discovered this place only this year. Bought from them 4, 5 times so far since the season started. Very honest sellers. Even if you thought that the durian you picked was good, the experts there will throw away the durian you picked if there's something wrong. Prices are also OK and relatively inexpensive. The best thing about this shop is they can vacuum seal your durian so there's no problem bringing the durians onto public transport. I tapao and brought the durians to see the dentist nearby and they didn't know I bought durians. Lol

Not very honest sellers. Bought 6 for $45 ($8 apiece with a $3 discount on total). Gave me durians that had hardened flesh, and one tasted a little sourish which had probably gone bad. Another normal-sized durian had only 2 seeds! Please do not patronise this stall even though it is situated right in front of the bus stop! No wonder there wasn’t anyone queuing here at all!

The price might be attractive, but I wasted my effort and money buying cheap but poor quality or spoilt fruits from dishonest people. I bought 5 mangoes for my family on 4th Jan, and all 5 are spoilt. (I would not have bothered to feedback if 1 or 2 are spoilt but these are 5/5 spoilt). I made a trip back to feedback and showed the stall owner the photos of the mangoes, but they denied and did not refund or show any form of remorse. Even though I may have bought fruits many times previously and they were alright, this round's mangoes were 100% all spoilt and the way they brushed customers like this is unacceptable.
