I walked by and was drawn by a perfect voice, sat down had a few rounds of drinks(reasonable price) BY MYSELF! I was very impressed by her, I think her name is Charmaine. Walked by a few times didn't hear her voice again, so sad... Should let her be the Canary at Funq... hope to see her there again. Cheers.

What a disappointing experience for such a cool place! When asking what the happy hour wines were, I was told Chardonnay & Sauvignon Blanc. Never finding Chardonnay on a happy hour menu I excitedly ordered a glass, then another & then when my friend arrived another "happy hour" Chardonnay only to be told by the non-trainee staff member that Chardonnay wasn't included on happy hour. Confronting the trainee staff member that he'd told me Chardonnay was included was a hugely unpleasant experience & I was lied to. This was not good customer service & assume this is why this individual remains a trainee. If this was my business, I know what I'd do. Give huge kudos to the non-trainee member who did know his business, who did not lie or was not rude.
