Starbucks

Came here on a Sunday morning. Not too crowded with seats available. Chill ambience with glass up front for you to watch the street and passersby. Good coffee, croissant and cakes to go along. Polite staff and your food/drinks are efficiently served after making payment. Other than that nothing much.

Just reached here to chill but one of the server attitude was very bad from the moment we step in. Accused us of moving the chairs when we just came in?? Nvm so found a small table 3 of us squeeze us in while people working on laptop or alone were sitting on table for 4 pax or 2 tables. While I was look at the menu online on the Starbucks app, came to tell us rudely that time limit is 60 min. We are fine with 60 min dining. What we are not fine is the attitude he gave us. There were at least 4 people on laptop, I don't believe they only sat there for max 60 mins! This is obviously discrimination. What a disappointment from a world-wide company. As you also can see the place is also NOT crowded. The waiter is the one in the photo as well. 😡

Ordered a GRANDE Hojicha Frappe from Starbucks (Siglap) through Foodpanda and the drink came only 3/4 full. Rang up the outlet and was dismissed swiftly. Disappointing service and did not meet expectations for a $9 drink plus delivery fees. Photos of 3/4 cup drink (close to 1/2 cup) attached. I used a tilted camera angle (worms eye view- like how you make a lady look taller in photos).
