Not sure why others rate low but the prata dough was so fragrant, crispy on the outside soft on the inside. The prata chef was also very entertaining and was “performing” while the rest of us queued up. At 10am entire restaurant was full, so I guess the food speaks for itself.
Others say their service is no good, I beg to differ. Everything begins with yourself, start smiling at others, spread the positive vibes and perhaps others will reciprocate! 😊

Order butter nann, curry chicken briyani at 11.30am and was told not ready yet. Have to order than waited for 20 minutes for food collection.The curry is so water with no flavour of any curry or spices, the rice has no tumeric flavour at all.
The butter nann also has no buttery flavour and the nann is so tough and cold, like just taken out from fridge and pan fried.
Overall, zero taste, zero flavours. Please remember food at prata wala are not cheap.

Nice food, ordered vegetarian biriyani, butter chicken, chicken tikka. Taste good, too bad they no longer serve meatless biriyani anymore.

Ordered briyani. Most of the choices not available probably due to crush of orders online. This is despite being number 2 in the queue after 11:30 when briyani becomes available. Needs to manage this problem or limit online/delivery orders or customer may end up queuing for nothing.
Cashier also needs to speak up n clarify orders a bit more.
I have been ordering from here for years. Food standard seems to have dropped as well. Rice seems to be less fragrant and curries lacking spices.

Prata served was a bit cold. Quite inconsistent as weeks before tried once was hot and crispy.
Vegetarian thali set was $9+... Food average.
Teh and Kopi tarik not bad.

Curry is flavourful and chicken is tender, up to common public standards. Pricing wise is reasonable for the location. Cleanliness of restaurant is good but could be better.

Great Chicken Tikka, best value for money and amazing taste. Better than previous Management. Platters are good as well. If you are looking for reasonable Indian food in Tampines, this is the place.
