The price was reasonable, especially with the lunch time special, starting at $10. And there were sufficient variety to choose from. The food was good. The missing star was due to the cleanliness. The place didn’t look that clean. The other missing star was- the smell from the glass cup. The hot water served to me, smelled of old rotten beer. I could conclude that the glass wasn’t clean properly. And when you added warm water inside, the smell of the beer residue just diffused out.

Good place. Good staff. Friendly. Live music. The regulars at the place seem to be having a great time as well. The guys at the next table were playing cards. There were some folks singing along with live music. Great atmosphere. The burgers were a lot. Very heavy. Very tasty. Same for the salted egg karaage. The lamb lollipop was good too.

Who would have thought I'd find a dive bar in Singapore?! As soon as I walked past, I knew I had to go in. The beer was cold (not a huge selection, but it worked well enough) and the atmosphere was appropriately dive-ish: cheap furniture, no frills. Good bar food selection, and a surprising pasta, etc. selection. I had the blue cheese carbonara and it was outstanding. Worth a shot!
