Haagen-dazs

Food felt so so, manager's service subpar and experience is poor. The staff was the only positive light at the shop. It's hard to imagine why a premium ice cream place will give you a below average experience. Ice cream is standard Häagen-Dazs, waffles tasted burned. Ice tea is, fortunately refreshing. Nice touch to the way it is. Freshly brew for pouring into a pitcher with ice and finally into your drinking glass. Hope they improve.

Met very friendly staff who took the time to let you taste the different flavors before ordering. He was also kind to tell us that Tuesdays are member discount days! Get the membership for great perks and discounts on your birthday month. I prefer their fruity flavors and the matcha green tea is very yummy!

We went there with kids and waited for almost 30 mins but our order was not even ready. Our kids were cranky by waiting so we left without having ice cream. This is our 2nd time happened when we left without having ice creams at this place after waiting for 30 mins (previous visit no one even came to take our order). We thought it was an outlier so we went there again today but it seems it's a routine. We have had ice creams before taste wise they were great (5*) but service I would rate (- - - - - 5*). Never again Thanks
