Service was fast. Opted for table service coz bought some stuff in Mustafa. Ask for the server (Oldman) for the lavatory and the curry sauce and was responded self service? How to self service the lavatory? Of course it is self service at least point out the lavatory where is it. So I ate my meal with perfume scent in my hands. And the fries is cold as a dead person. I'm still here as of this writing.

When I say I want to order 6 pieces Mcchicken Nuggets and instead the staff purposely order for me a 2 pieces Mccrispy chicken. What was wrong with your staff and I ordered last night. No wonder the prices are so different. From $9 to $11

Not crowded and staff are friendly. Speed service and have table service. Huge McDonald's in b1 of citysquare mall.

Slow service, food was served late. When received it my daughter happy meal hot cakes was cold to the touch. The butter did not even melt on it, had to request for a fresh batch.

Have been here a few times but today don't know why the order took 30 mins. There were a lot of orders that were not served fast. Irony because it's a fast food restaurant. Noticed something was wrong in their kitchen but there was no sense of urgency. I left without getting my order. I will not consider buying from this outlet again.

This restaurant is opened earlier than mall opening time. Feel free to have breakfast here via the main entrance at corner of Kitchener and Verdun rd and heading to basement by escalator over time. Spacious and more options to order with person, mobile apps or panels.

It is the most chaotic macdonald outlet i have seen. Orders are often late. Behind the counter i can see a whole load of food messier piled on each other. My least favourite outlet

The famous Michelin star chef Ronald McDonald opened McDonalds restaurant recently. Try the Fillet-O-Fish, it's their signature dish. No alcoholic beverages served but you can get Apple Pie for dessert.
