Chanced upon this place after eating and walking around the area. The decor and environment of this place is rather run down and similar to earlier reviews, the aircon is weak and the place is rather stuffy. Decided to takeaway a large tub of thai milk tea and another tub of nutella ice cream. Thai milk tea taste pretty standard. Nothing special. Nutella tasted weak and dilluted. Owner said they have good waffles but didn't have a chance to try it.

My opinion: The best waffles in town! Also great ice cream to go with it, or if you're a waffle purist, just have it with syrup. A great place for a treat, well worth making a short extra trip for! There’s free wi-fi and water. And if you like funky flavours like Thai iced tea, earl grey then you’re in luck.

Good services, nice waffle and ice cream. It's close to a lot of good eatery/restaurants. Can go after your main meal and have a dessert over there.

The ice cream was not smooth and thick but was in fact grainy and icey and was not to my liking. The waffles were soft and not crispy. The server was unwilling and unfriendly. Customers are only allowed to try 3 flavours of ice cream. Air conditioning was not on, making the place quite stuffy. Extremely overrated, and would not be back a second time.

I remember being a huge fan of the kaya toast ice cream though it wasn't here this time. The oolong honey ice cream is comfortingly soft and sweet. I came on a Monday where they offered free mix ins 😊

Took forever just to order. As though like i was buying house. Staff attached with photo was RUDE as hell. Asked for vaccinated status to dine in but when shown, she didn't BOTHER at all. Was being ignore when we wanted to order. Food was alright though.

Revisited today - 21 Jun Enjoyed the Honey Oolong Ice Cream at Little Ice Cream Kafe. U GOTTA TRY! :) The crispy and soft waffle, the unique and yummy ice cream flavours and most of all, the friendly and bubbly staff! 😋❤ Friendly staff, nice environment, fluffy + crispy waffles! Ta-baoed home as I was just living upstairs. Added my own fruit toppings - delish!! - Visited on 3 May 19
