Fatburger & Buffalo's Express

Definitely a NO go for burgers. Burgers and meals are Pricey @ approximately $10 (burger only) and meals will set you back approximately $15.00 (comes with fries and a regular soda). These are for the single patty. There weren't any "fat" fries when we lunching. The burger both original and mushroom were nothing special. They were equally tasteless. Serving size isn't something that you would expect for the price point either. BK beats them hands down. Burgs on the other hand is way more worth it every aspect.

On 2 separate occasions, I got shortchanged of items in my order, and on both occasions, Deelish Brands never bothered to follow up. 1) 23/12/2019 50% off full menu at KINEX Mall outlet. Expected crowd, no worries, I waited. Mentioned that the promo was for dine-in only, fine, then your team should have helped with crowd control and limit the dine-in time of patrons. In the end, due to overwhelming response and uncontrolled crowds, you had many orders turned to takeaway orders. What turned out after the long wait was, I was short-changed of a couple of pieces of boneless chicken, the celery and carrots sticks that supposed to come with both orders of boneless chicken pieces, and both did not come with dips. After making this known to your team, your team's NONCHALANT attitude ignored it for the longest time, almost THREE years to date. 2) 10/06/2021 Staff incompetent in answering queries on use of Deelish Rewards voucher. In the end, I had to seek Deelish Rewards app chat feature, which also isn't that helpful either. Ordered a takeaway order of Chili Fries and 8 pieces of bone-in wings, was served only 6, SHORT-CHANGING me AGAIN. Mentioned this in the Deelish Rewards chat, till date, STILL NO FOLLOW UP! Deelish Brands, you'd better BUCK UP!

The impossible burger is really impossible! It really taste like real meat patty. It is expensive at $11.90 for just the burger though. Try once and just go with the cheaper real meat... The classic fat burger isn’t very good. Dry meat patty. The Swiss mushroom beef burger is slightly better than the classic fat burger.

Food was on the pricey side. Definitely not the money worth it for the burger, beef was dry af and unflavoured... Fries were not too shabby but they gave only a handful (a lot lesser than what I was expecting) as seen in picture. The staff(middle age lady with long hair and not super proficient in English) that served me was really not the most polite, had a black face and speaking to her felt like I owed her money(?). She also got my order wrong. The poor attitude and service had really ruined my lovely weekend. Tbh if it was the languge barrier I wouldn't mind one single bit(I can speak Mandarin too), but it was more of her attitude that made it so bad for me. Only saving grace was the milkshake (caramel). Not sure if I wanna come back here again.

There's a good variety of burgers here (beef, chicken and fish). Vibe here is nice too... Giving you the American diner feel with the old school music playing in the background. The boneless buffalo chicken with BBQ sauce was well done and tasted good! However, the blue cheese dip that came with it lacked in flavour. Ordered the skinny burger with thick cut fries. The patties for the burger was really good and delicious, they could have added more veggies, but it was still good. Fries were nice and crispy. The oreo milkshake was the winner of the whole meal. There were oreo chunks with every sip! Overall a nice meal!

Ordered in advance for a dinner gathering. Specifically stated that this was for 6-6.30pm. Yet the food arrived at 5.30pm. Means it was cooked way in advance too. By the time my friends arrived, everything was cold - burger chili fries, onion rings. The cheese on the fries had already hardened. What's the point of asking customers to choose specific delivery timings if you're not even going to follow. It was really disappointing.

This is my first one star review for any restaurant. The beef was dry, the chicken was dry, the Cajun chicken was a simple chicken with potato chip like seasoning. The money could be better spend at 3 meals worth at Macdonalds. I was expecting at least at Shake- Shack standard burger for the price I was paying, I got a standard even worse than Macdonalds. Very disappointing
